About the Soleil Panels

Pergo-Soleil™ panels are decorative aluminum panels, used as standalone focal pieces or built into a structure. Each design filters natural light into its own pattern of shade.

They’re laser cut from 5052 H-38 aluminum, then powder coated to the AAMA 2604 architectural standard.

Use them as pergola roof panels, louver inserts, privacy walls, gates, fencing or yard art, at home or on commercial projects. Each design is adapted to fit standard sheet sizes.

Where can Soleil panels be used?
As pergola roof panels, inserts in a louver roof, privacy walls, gates, fencing, or standalone yard art. They suit commercial projects too: shade, privacy panels, fencing and yard art.
What size are the panels?
Panels are 48″ × 96″ (4′ × 8′) and 0.100″ thick, and each design is adapted to fit the sheet.
Is every design available in every color?
Not always. Stock varies by design and color, so contact 4K Aluminum to confirm current inventory. The standard colors are Black, Espresso, Adobe Tan, Apollo Grey and Quartz White.
How are Soleil panels supported?
On a support system at 36″–48″ on center. Design loads follow your state, county and local building codes.
What colors are available?
Soleil™ panels come in the five standard powder coat colors: Black, Espresso, Adobe Tan, Apollo Grey and Quartz White. Wood finishes aren’t available on Soleil panels.
