Extruded, not roll-formed

Posts and beams extruded from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, with no steel inserts. 2″ × 10″ beams span up to 33 ft between two 8″ posts without support, with hidden, color-matched screws.

4K Aluminum sells only to authorized, properly licensed contractors, and has served more than 700 of them. Every structure is installed by a 4K Certified Contractor.

Who installs 4K Aluminum structures?
Authorized, properly licensed 4K Certified Contractors. 4K Aluminum connects your project with a certified contractor in your area, who installs it and obtains the permits.
Do you visit the site?
No. Send your project and design work through the form below, and we help plan material supply and logistics.
Do you provide engineering and permit support for my projects?

Because 4K Aluminum products are highly customizable, we recommend site-specific engineering for every project. Our engineering partners are listed on our Engineering page. Obtaining permits is the contractor's responsibility.

Are 4K Aluminum products fire rated?
Yes. 4K Aluminum products are ASTM certified as Class A, and fire rating certificates are available on request.
What documents can you provide for a submittal?
Spec sheets and flyers are ready to download in the Resources section above. We can also send mill certifications, fire rating certificates and a finish & color chart on request.
What are typical lead times, and do you deliver or is it will-call pickup?

Lead times depend on inventory, and in-stock orders are often ready with little to no wait. We offer will-call pickup at our locations, and nationwide delivery is available at the contractor's expense.

What finishes and colors are available, and can I order custom colors?

Our standard colors are Espresso, Black, Adobe Tan, Apollo Grey, and Quartz White. Custom colors are sometimes possible, but 4K Aluminum does not supply the powder coat paint for custom orders, and custom colors are not covered by any 4K Aluminum finish warranty. Contact our team to discuss your project.

Is there a minimum project size?
No. Projects of any size are welcome; tell us the size and number of locations in the form below.
What does the warranty cover, and how do I register it?

4K Aluminum's extruded aluminum products and panels are warranted for 20 years against material defects, in every 4K Aluminum system. The powder coat finish is warranted for 20 years against flaking and fading in 4K Aluminum standard colors, and Wood Sublimation finishes for 10 years; custom colors are not covered by the finish warranty. Other components have their own coverage, such as 2 years for ATLAS Louver components (pins, pivot bars, slotted bars, batteries, motors and control box) and 1 year for LED light strips, and exceptions apply. Warranties must be registered online within 90 days of installation using the original 4K Aluminum invoice number issued to your contractor, so ask your contractor for it.
