Third-party websites and services
The Site links to or includes services operated by other companies, including our contractor ordering portal, the Instagram feed on our About page (Elfsight), material financing (Billd), our engineering partners' websites, Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram. If you apply for commercial project material financing through our partner Billd, you submit your information directly on Billd's website, and Billd's privacy policy applies. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. We keep warranty registration and warranty claim records permanently, so we can support your warranty for its full term. We keep contact, contractor-request, commercial inquiry, and contractor application submissions for up to three years after our last communication with you, unless they become part of an ongoing customer or contractor relationship (for example, an approved contractor account), in which case we keep them as part of our business records for as long as needed for that relationship and to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. We delete spam and incomplete submissions promptly. Plans or drawings uploaded with a form that is never submitted are deleted automatically after seven days.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections across the Site. Form submissions and uploaded files are stored in a secure database and private file storage, with access limited to authorized 4K Aluminum staff. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
- Access a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for targeted advertising (such as through the Meta Pixel), or certain profiling
- Appeal our decision if we decline your request
To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where permitted by law.
California, Nevada, Texas, and other state residents: residents of certain states have additional rights under their state's privacy laws. We will honor these rights as required by applicable law.
Email communications
We do not send marketing emails. When an authorized contractor opens an account with 4K Aluminum, we add them to our contractor email list, managed with Brevo, so they can receive order updates, invoices, company announcements, and newsletters. Contractors can stop receiving announcements and newsletters at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us; we will still send messages about their account, orders, and invoices. We may also send messages related to your inquiry or warranty.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
