Disclaimer

4K Aluminum products must be installed by authorized, properly licensed 4K contractors, in accordance with 4K's installation guidelines and all applicable building codes. If a contractor deviates from 4K's recommended installation guidelines, 4K Aluminum is not liable for any problems that result with the project.

4K Aluminum sells only to authorized, licensed contractors and does not install products. Installation work, workmanship, and site conditions are the responsibility of the installing contractor. 4K Aluminum is not responsible for damage, failure, or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance, and these may affect warranty coverage. See our Limited Warranty and Care & Maintenance guide.

We recommend site-specific engineering for every project. Wind loads, snow loads, seismic conditions, spans, projections, footings, and attachment methods vary by location and project and should be confirmed by engineering for each site.

Specifications, spans, projections, and load information shown on the Site, in brochures, or in other 4K materials are for general reference only and are not a substitute for project-specific engineering. Obtaining permits and meeting local code requirements are the responsibility of the installing contractor. Our engineering partners are listed on our Engineering page.

We work to keep product information accurate and current. However, specifications, dimensions, options, finishes, colors, and availability may change at any time without notice. Product descriptions on the Site do not create any warranty or guarantee. Confirm current specifications with an authorized 4K contractor or our team before finalizing a project.

Photos on the Site and in 4K materials are for illustration. They may show optional features, accessories, lighting, landscaping, or furnishings that are not included in every installation. Some photos may be digitally enhanced for quality; the projects shown are real installations of 4K products.

Colors and finishes may appear differently on screens and in print than on actual products. View physical finish samples through an authorized 4K contractor before making a selection.

4K structures are engineered to support solar panels. However, 4K Aluminum does not supply, install, or warrant solar panels or related electrical systems. Solar panel installation must be coordinated with a licensed solar contractor, while the 4K structure itself must be installed by an authorized 4K contractor. Additional engineering may be required for solar loads, and project engineering has the final say on whether and how solar panels can be added to a structure.

Add-ons not supplied by 4K Aluminum, such as ceiling fans, heaters, and other outside components, are excluded from 4K Aluminum coverage. LED light strips carry a limited 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (replacement materials only). ATLAS Louver pins, pivot bars, slotted bars, batteries, motors and control box carry a limited 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. 4K Aluminum is not responsible for the performance, installation, or safety of third-party products.

Warranty coverage for 4K Aluminum products is provided only by the written 4K Aluminum Limited Warranty. Nothing on the Site, in marketing materials, or in statements by any contractor creates an additional warranty. If anything conflicts with the written Limited Warranty, the Limited Warranty controls.
